To convert caps between UF, NF and PF there are quite a few website
converters. Such as:
http://www.uf-nf-pf.com/uFnFpF.php

But I am not always online, and I dont even have an internet connected
computer in my shop. (And dont want one, or I wont get any work done).

I can take my laptop in there though, but I want an OFFLINE converter
program for caps. In other words, one that's installed on the computer.

Does anyone know of such a program?
Preferably free, and able to operate off of Windows XP.

(Yea, I know there are ways to convert using mathematics. That leaves me
out. Math was my worst subject in school, and is still difficult in my
old age).

Set up an Excel spreadsheet with embedded formula. From one-to-another and back, and labeled. All you need to do then is put a number in cell A, which will then convert into cell B. That can be resident on your desktop. Even a math klutz should be able to get this done in a very short time.

You are only moving the decimal point three places each time.
