Thanks to all who responded to my request for info re psyop transistor radios. Now a technical question: I understand there were a lot of these radio dropped (or floated) into North Vietnam, and many if not most, were modified to receive only specific frequencies. What do you think would be the easiest, cheapest, or quickest way to modify these radios to meet that requirement? thanks for your help..

If it's one frequency, then simply remove (either physically or electrically) the tuning cap and replace it with a fixed one.
